BRYAN, San Francisco Phoenix, 79 Peaver Street, San Francineo, California";" ~~. (4) There is also being enclosed one (1) photo-= stat of the envelope in script without postmark and the matcrial that accompanied it, and a photostat of the handcrinted postmarked en= - velope and its contents. The first envelope mentioned-with the four pages and the accompanying birthday card was “a communique from the Symbionese Liberation Army (SLA) received hy the San Fran- cisco Phoenix on Mrril 2, 1974. The postmarked envelope con- tains eight pages of an SLA cormunique that was a transcript .of a tape previously mailed to KSAN along with a portion of a page of typevwriting addressed "To The Phoenix”.
