IV. SURVEILLANCE CAMERA FILM The wibernia Sank, Sunset Office, San Francisco, California, is equipped with two surveillance cameras located above the door to the office. The 35 millimeter surveillance caneras, when activated, expose four frames pur sccond, and in connection with the robbery on April 15, 1974, the camera was activated by the Bank Manager, 31H SMITH, who was in a loft location, after he heard confusion in the bank lobby, and ebgerved the robbery. Approximately 400 frames of .fiin are pe lieved to have been exposed, and at four frames per second, this would indicate that the robbers were in the bank for approximately two minutes. Surveillance camera film discloses that white female robber, now identified aS PATRICIA SOLTYSIK, at the timc she as first observed in the film on frame A-10, 1s at a location at the west end of the officer's platform. She is armed with a revolver carvied in her right hand, is wearing a grayish colored knit hat which covers all her hair, a searf around her neck, a shiny-colored Gark coat and lighter-colored Blacks. She is wearing ankle-high shoes with dark socks. SOLTYSIX, in frame A-47, is observed vaulting the teller's counter at the second window fron the wast end of the teller's | line.
