At approximately 4:00 PM that afternoon, he went to the Xerox copy machine located on that floor to make some copies of a paper on which he was working. He had to wait for approximately three or four minuties as there was a couple already making copies on ty the machine. Mr. recalled that the machine was labeled * ... Number 9" and was one of two Xerox machines located on the First Floor of -the. library. .He further-recalled that the machine he had waited to use was the closest of the two Xerox - machines to the library main door. . “ When the couple had finished their co work and as they were walking away from the machine, WEIR «1 scovered . that they had left one of the original pages of a ocument — ro, which consisted of several pages wnich they had been copying. ecalled that the couple made three sep ies a of each page of the document they were copying. called 77 out to the couvle and notified then that they had left one of their pages behind.
