She stated ne, agter this individual was shot, within a very short period °~... - of time, the same four individuals exited from the bank. © ..' Two of the individuals, one male and one female, continued ' around the corner of the bank to 22nd Street while two oe females, one of whom was PATRICIA HEARST, stopped and looked ~ y down the street, pointing a weapon she was carrying. e... * stated that HEARST fired the weapon-down the street and that ‘ both she and fell down in the car as they were .°-. afraid that ould shoot at them. She stated she does recall that the man coming out of the bank had a revolver in his hand and -that the girl who remained with PATRICIA HEARST - was wearing a light colored coat. When these two females ran around the corner of the bank, she got out of the car and stood next to it... She stated ’ shortly thereafter the.Bank Manager came out and stood with. .. her. She Stated tha€ shortly thereafter her son came out of-- e “t -+ the back and that i a truck of some kind and drove away. . the bank and told them to get into the car. She stated after they got into the car they sat for a few seconds trying to decide what to do and her son then drove the car away from the bank. She stated that she recalls that a customer left the bank at about the same time that her son did. She stated he was wearing some type of a red jacket with white lettering on € ran across the street where he got into She advised that she did not’ observe anyone else - being shot other than the man in the”green coat directly in — front of the car. She advised that it was her opinion, having observed several photographs of PATRICIA HEARST on television and in the newspapers, that the individual who dropped the item on the way into the bank and the individual who shot after 2 leaving the bank was in fact PATRICIA HEARST.
