This report supplements the report of U-74640d001 PF previously furnished to you. Foltowing is a report of the results of the examination made by the engineers of the Polaroid Corporation of specimen Q173 for the purpose of determining the are and possible point of distribution of this specimen. Polaroid Corporation advised, using date of the photograph 4/12/74 as a reference, Polaroid's examination reveals photograph was taken a minimum of 12 to 14 days prior. The maxinum time could be 30 days prior. Assuming photograph was maintained continually at normal room temperatures, a faitly safe assumption is that photograph was taken 22 to 25 days prior to 4/12/74, There were prior photographs taken in the film pack utilized in the taking of the enclosed photograph. The writing which appears on top of the photograph "Tania 1974" was written several days after the photograph was taken. . Because much of the identifying data has been removed, it was not possible to identify the area of dist¥ibution for sale of the film.
