above address concerning her knowledge of the bank
robbery which occurred at the Hibernia Bank, 1450 Noriega
Street, San Prancisco, California, on April 15, 1974, sey

day around 10:00 a.m. She stated, however, that on Monday,
April 15, 1974, she left her house earlier than usual, around
9:30 a.m.,-and began walking up the west side of 30th Avenue
towards Judah Street where she customarily boards her street

intersect venue and Lawton Street, she noticed ..
two negro males standing on the northeast corner of Lawton
Street between two parked automobiles. One of the negro
males was then talkirig, in a loud voice, to a white female
who was standing a the street next to a red Hornet sta-
tion wagon. stated that the two negro males
particularly Caug er attention because she knew that she
was one of the very few negroes in the area and she thought
to herself, "why would two good-looking colored men with a
a nice looking car be out in that neighborhood?" She stated
that she initially thought that they were having car trouble
and was going to suggest the name of a service garage to
them, however, she decided against doing so and continued
waiking towards Judah Street. . Stee
