SURJECT: HFARNAP | (40429920 Re: Robbery of Hibernia Rank, Sunset Office, San Francisco, California, 4/15/74: Enclosed for the Photographic Section of the Lab- are two (2) 150 foot rolls of 35mm negatives, These two negatives are duplicate negatives of film taken from two surveillance cameras during the armed robbery of the above-mentioned bank. During the robhkery, two individuals, one of whom was entirely off camera, were shot in the interior of the bank. A review of photographs developed at San Francisco would indicate that the men were possibly shot by NANCY GAIL LING, the young lady with dark coat, automatic weapon, and wearing a paisley blouse. It is noted that during the action, cartridge cases apparently can be observed on a bench near | her; however, the male among the principals, DONALD pr FREEZE, also has his weapon pointed toward the door at the same time. The Photographic Section of the Lab is requested . to carefully review these negatives and make a representative number of blow-ups that would he suitable for presentation at trial that would cover all the principals and all the pertinent activity noted on the film. * There has heer some discussion in local papers that PATRICIA HEARST, the young lady who takes up position in the middle of the bank wearing a long dark wig with an nay ses 2 - San Francisco LSR:smg (C-1]1) _ (4) or : fe re ee age
