During interview with Bureau Agents at Cleveland, Ohio, on May 14, 1974, supplied enclosed copy of his plan to infiltrate the SLA and free PATTY HEARST, Was advised in no uncertain terms by Bureau Agents that the : FBI did not approve of such a plan and that es: ; advised that he should not enter into any plan which would impede the FBI investigation into the HEARST matter. It was also made clear to him that his plan would be in violation of Federal Statutes and that he could be prosecuted if any phase of his pian were employed which would break the law.
