It is thercfore felt that processing of these items for fingerprints would he futile. — - It aprears that the Shreveport Journal newspaper article. entitied "If the Guerrillas Unitg was copied by the incividual identifying himself as Grour Leater Hong, after which he crossed out the word "If" and substituted WHEN" in its place. The article was then forwarded by letter dated 4-15-74 to the Editor of the Shrevenort Journals. It appears that this transiitcing letter was copied on a larger shect of peper, after which the date "15 April, 1974" and the salutation “Editor, Shreveport Journal:” was typed in.
