They invoked their privilege under the Pifth Amendmant and have been granted immunity from prosecution under the provisions ef Title 15, United States Code, Section 6002, et seq. Bowever, they are contesting this grant of dmunity eiting, among other reasons, that they have been e@everheard on electronic surveillances which occasioned their being subpoensaed before the grand jury. tn order to proceed with this inquiry it is mecessary that we be supplied with all electronic ! wurveiliance information avaellable to you pertaining to these individuals. Therefore, it fie requested that we be advised if any ef these individuslis have been overheard en any electronic surveillance or if any preuises known to be owned, leased or licensed by them have been monitored during the course of any electronic surveillance conducted wy your Bureau, This information should iaciude any surveillance where one ef the parties may have consented thereto, as well as any surveillance conducted pursuant to Title III of Public Law 90-35). a
