S&S. Wolfe, Emmaus, Pennsylvania, telephone number (215) 967-2616, advised he is — ‘the father of “Willie"™ Wolfe (true name: William Lawton Wolfe, SLA suspect who was killed with five others in Los Angeles shootout 5/17/74). At the outset Dr. Wolfe said it was permissible for the FBI to tape this telephone conver- sation and hé:was “promptly advised that this would not be : done. t-3 fat Dad bat fat ad srerend Dr. Wolfe immediately stated he had one question and he said, “When you slaughtered my son, what charges did _ the FBI have against him?" To this question Dr. Wolfe was ~~ J politely adviged that the FBI was not going to enter into | yk any argument sby telephone or comment further on such a IN. question. a ie _He further stated he had no desire to talk to the FBI about Patti Hearst as he had done for almost every two weeks in the past few months with an Agent from our Allentown Resident Agency. He also said he was incensed that the b Hearst family was advised that their daughter was not killed in the fire and “FBI slaughter" when no one had the courtesy to advise them (Wolfe family) about their son, particularly since no FBI charges were lodged against hin. , Dr. Wolfe demanded telephone number of Director Kelley and he was advised he would not be furnished with — that information.
