The shots missed Duge but shattered the windshield of the
patrol car, he returned the fire and was able to arrest Little,

van. Four hours later, Remiro, armed with a .360 Walther semiautomatic
pistol, but offering no further resistance, was arrested in a yard near
Ayers Road and Sutherland Way by Officer Jim Alcorn.
