On November 12, 1973,. , The Response Marketing up, Oorated, 4th co) ; , or, 770 Mission Street, San Francisco, California, made available an envelope addressed to "Muhammed Speaks", 634 79th Street, Chicago, Illinois, postmarked November 7, 1973, with return address, "The Response Marketing Group, Incorporated, 770 Mission Street, San Francisco, California". The envelope contained a four page photostat letter from the Symbionese Liberation Army, Western Regional Youth Unit (SLA), communique number one dated November 6,.1973. The envelope had been marked "Return to Sender", from Chicago, Illinois, and bore the stamp and notation, “Addressee Unknown". Stated that the letter had not originated wit Marketing Group, Incorporated, and had not been opened by her. She also made available an envelope addressed to "The Black Scholar", Box 31245, San Francisco, California, post- ‘marked November 7, 1973. The envelope bore the return address of “The Response Marketing Group, Incorporated, 770 Mission Street, San Francisco, California", and had the stamp "Return to Writer" with the notation "Moved, Not Forwardable". The envelope had not been opened and was found to contain a . photostat four page letter identical to the one previously . mentioned .above. noted that their office had .. previously been fu hotostat of communique number one addressed to the "San Francisco Chronicle". She stated that it was her opinion that the person typing the envelopes in these communiques was not identical to the person typing -the letter.
