Hearst, ‘President of the San Francisco "Examiner” newspaper. Miss Hearst was kidnaped at gunpoint from her Berkeley, California, apart- ment on the evening of 2/4/74. . The Director has suggested that the material in this case be computerized. In order for this to be promptly initiated the following is set forth.
