Hearst, ‘President of the San Francisco "Examiner” newspaper. Miss Hearst was kidnaped at gunpoint from her Berkeley, California, apart- ment on the evening of 2/4/74. . The Director has suggested that the material in this case be computerized. In order for this to be promptly initiated the following is set forth. It will be. necessary for the Bureau file to. be per- : manently maintained in the General Investigative Division (GID). .
