For investigative assistance, the VO reportedly has had a central telephone number which is manned 24 hours a day. When police arrive at members' residence, residents are generally found to be armed. A telephone call is made to the 24 hour number and a short time later other members respond to harrass police officers. CARR, charging DE FREFZE with violations of Title 16, Section 1073, U.S. Code, inthat he did flee the state of California to Ohio to avoid confinement for armed robbery, possession of homemade bomb, receiving stolen property ‘and escape.
