"Cin" also demanded transcription of tape be publicized fully in media, that six million dollars be committed within 24 hours and actual food distribution begin within one week. "Cin's" last demand indicated that once other nine demands are complied with and food distribu- tion program underway, negotiations will begin for release of victim. “Tape ends with female voice stating “Today is the 19th and yesterday the Shale of Iran had two people executed at dawn."
