Xe fo aa Oe ee A Williams was repottedly contacted 2/16/74 by the SLA anc received instructions on retrieval of a tape recording from a dowr town bus terminal locker, San Francisco, California, containing a message to the parents of kidnap victim Patricia Campbell Hearst. Williams is one of individuals being considered by the Hearst fam- ily to act as negotiator between the Hearst family and the SLA in working out details of a $2 million food distribution plan for we: fare recipients in California as evidence of good faith in attempi to obtain the release of Patricia Campbell Hearst.
