Approximately ten or fifteen seconds after the second burst of gunfire, Mr. heard a third short burst. He believed approxim ur shots to have been fired in each of.the bursts of gunfire. - After the third burst of gunfire, sr. is heard a car drive east on Parker Street, followe several seconds later by a second car. He opened the front door and walked down his steps. He glanced up the street in an easterly direction and observed a small station wagon, possibly a Volkswagen Squareback, probably dark colored, on Parker Street near the intersection of Parker and College -Streets. i EE hen proceeded west on Parker Street — to the corner o arker and Benvenue Streets. As he arrived at that intersection, a Berkeley Police car also drove up. The police officer spoke to several people in the area and then proceeded east at a fast “speed on Parker Street.
