He advised the shots were very loud and believed they did not come from a small caliber weapon. Because of the rapid succession of the firing, he believed that the :- i fired was either an automatic ‘9g. or semi-automatic type. stated that he and the other four students immediately rushed to-the front door ~ and out onto the porch which faces onto Benvenue Street. He said that this porch also overlooks the parking lot at 2603 Benvenuc QUINN 23. that when. he got out onto the porch, he looke own into the parking lot and saw two men Struggling with a girl. He said the girl was half undressed from the waist up. He then heard three more shots which he believed to have been fired in his direction. Stated that the five of them jumped back inside the doorway and ~ that he told to call the police. Stated he ‘looked back o né door and saw the automobile leaving.
