Our surveillance is being discontinued, how- ever, arrangements have been made with the postmaster and the individual in charge of the General Delivery window to hold any mail received at General Delivery for Janet Cooper until the FBI has been alerted and our surveillance re-established. * LABORATORY EXAMINATIONS: V The FBI Laboratory, Document Section, has been conduct- ing examinations of voluminots material submitted by the Oakland, California, Police Department, concerning the murder of Doctor Marcus Foster. Handwriting comparisons with that material and purported known writing of Nancy Ling Perry and Patricia Michelle Soltysik, aka. Mizmoon, has restlted in conclusions that those two individuals had prepared some of the questioned writing. Although no positive conclusion could be made, similarities were observed comparing writing of Perry with writing on the manila envelopes containing tapes received by KPFA Radio Station and Reverend Cecil Williams submitted in this case. From an investi- gative standpoint, this strongly indicates the close association of Soltysik and Perry and their possible presence in residences searched by Oakland Police Department. Attempts are continuing to obtain additional known writing of all suspects this case and especially Perry, who based on the Laboratory examination, might have prepared the.manila envelopes utilized in mailing the extortion tapes. review of personal papers of Mizmoon ar indicates a personal note captioned oney y "Cinque."
