Carlton is very cooperative and has advised Steiner that it would be extremely important for her to at least have a meeting with the FBI. Carlton advised that Steiner is agreeable to a meeting, however,’ she advised Carlton that this meeting could not take place until the week of March 4, 1974. Carlton noted this is obviously a delaying tactic on Steiner's {\ part. Cariton indicated that’as Steiner's attorney he would NO have to protect her interest and insure in any interview that she not incriminate herself without fully understanding the Situation. Carlton also advised that he has in writing a document from Oakland, California, authorities granting Steiner complete immunity in the Marcus Foster murder.
