Investigation at the Oakland Public Library has failed to identify the individuals who charzed out the beoke and licted their names and addresses as appearing on the enclosed charge- . Out slips. The Laboratory is requested to conduct latent finger- print and handwriting examination on the two slips to be compared with list of suspects previously furnished in this ease.
