He stated that Tanglewood Avenue was a very quiet street and the commotion was loud enough that it attracted his attention to the point? that he went to the rd to attempt to determine what was going on in the street. . tated when he looked out tHe door, he observed headlights pointing in a southerly direction and ee Saw approximately two or three individuals, none of which “ee he could identify, walking In°a southerly direction.
