SAC's Bs , , office by messenger by KQED on 2/22/74. a hose - . For the information of the Laboratory, the cassette ao is almost word for word identical to “Open Letter to the Media” and the items appear to have come from the group who directed © communiques to the media on 2/20 last, claiming they were dissidents of the Symbionese Liberation Army (SLA). The FBI Laboratory is requested to make handwriting and typewriting examination of these items furnishing any information available concerning watermarks and indentedwriting.
