General, of various Federal agencies~6n 3/7/74, to discuss possible eventualities in regard to captioned matter. - 7 I advised ADIC Sullivan that this conferenoé was Lot 2 -_ - proposed several days ago by Younger through tenlylcttacker, ,. a Department of State, and Chairman of the Presiden Committee - ‘to Combat Terrorism and subsequently passed on to the White: - House which opposed the proposed conference. I also advised - _ ADIC Sullivan that this matter was discussed at an Executive | _ Conference on 3/$/74, and it was the unanimous opinion of all. pee present that the FBI should not participate in the proposed © aan meeting.
