OF INVEST @FION Det 2/32/74 is empioy and Library Main Office, 125 14th Street, Oakland, California, telephone 273~3647, was interviewed at her place of employment and furnished the following information: - tated that with regard to the two library reference materlal chargeout slips that she had furnished to the FBI on the night of February 8, 1974, she recalled the following information: . OE ==: that she recalled 1 reading a newspaper article in e “Oakland Tribune” concerning books that were found in the Symbionese Liberation Army (SLA) house. - in Concord. These books jogged her memory as possibly being two books that were taken from the library Science and Industry Reference Section during September and October, 1973. stated that another librarian, Si, ad also read the "Tribune" newspaper article rcned the library card files and found the two Science and Industry Reference chargeout slips which contained the identifying data to show that they were chargeout slips for the following two books. The first being "Directory of: American Firms Operating in Foreign Countries", Reference #R338.7, D628; the other book being “Californi Business Directory", Ref 2,-Ci287c. —* stated that at this time attempted to ca Oakland, California Police Department (OPD) and advise them of the information which appeared on the above-mentioned © chargeout SMPs: Efforts to contact the OPD met with negative results.
