Enclosed for FBI Laboratory are the following: 1. A) Cellophane evidence envelope containing Am:ex 120 recording cassette witi message from SLA and PATRICIA HEARST, Bb) Clear plastic case for cassette. C) Phillips 66 credit card in name of R.A. HEARST. D) Envelope addressed to KDIA with tape attached. This material was recovered from Foster's Restaurant at 99 = lst Street, San Francisco, and was furnished to this office on 3/11/74. Viis recording is apparently the wiginal of the cassette previously forwarded to the Bureau and is much more clear. 2. A colloyhane envelope containing 1 Ampex 356 recording cassette bearing a notation Sia, March, 1974, and the white envelope in which it was Gelivered. This is a copy of a cassette furnished to KPPA, FM 94, Berkeley, California, and is apparently another copy of the same recording with an addendun of what appears to be the voice of an Gricntal female.
