Latent fingerprints compared with comparable areas of latent prints previously reported on similar letters and envelopes In captioned case, Hearnap case and following cases, but no identification was effected: “Syindlontse Liberation Army (SLA), Western Regional Youth Unit,’ Bufile #157-30832, San Francisco file 4157-9806 "August Seventh Guerrilla Movement (ASGM) - EM,” Bufile #157-30190, San Franctsco file #157%9412 In order to eliminate latent prints placed on letter and envelope by individuals known to have handled these items, names, date of birth and any identifying information or elimination fingerprints are needed for comparison purposes.
