The Attorney General
NOTE: Reference is made to memorandum of E. S. Miller to
Mr. Callahan captioned, "Hearnap" dated 3/14/74. Referenced
memorandum contained the background regarding this matter and it
was approved by the Director that SAC, San Francisco contact
Younger in order that this matter could be resolved. The
information being furnished to the Attorney General was contained
in San Francisco teletype to the Bureau dated 3/15/74.
