IT SKOULD BE NOTED THAT OUR SUMMARY OF MARCH 23, 1974
CONTAINED INFORMATION INDICATING THAT HEARST IS ENCOUNTERING
SOME DIFFICULTIES WITH SOME MEMBERS OF THE HEARST FOUNDATION,
INCLUDING SOME OF HIS IMMEDIATE RELATIVES CONCERNING THE
FOUR MILLION DOLLARS WHICH THE FOUNDATION HaS PROMISED TO MAKE
AVAILABLE UPON RELEASE OF VICTIM (TWO MILLION WILL BE MADE
AVALLABLE UPON KER RELEASE AND TwO MILLION DOLLARS MORE TO BE
MADE AVAILABLE DURING JANUARY, 1975-4 IT WAS WEPATHER INDICATED
THAT APPARENTLY SOME MEMBERS OF THE FOUNDATION HAVE INDICATED
THAT IN THE EVENT VICTIM IS RELEASED AND IS SYMPATHETIC TOWARD
HER ABDUCTORS AND THE IDEOLOGY OF THE SLA, THESE MEMBERS WOULD
VOTE NOT TO MAKE THE FUNDS AVAILABLE.

UAL FLIGHT 34 AT TWO PM THIS DATE AND ARE SCHEDULED TO ARRIVE
