The Source supplied the following two Telephone numbers belonging to JACK SCOTY during spring and early summer 1974. Thase are both New York Ciry telephones. They are 212~362-1612 ‘ and 212-362-8772, the source advised that he now recalls that on approximately October 27, 1974, JACK SCOTT took a mysterious airplane trip bsrveen Portiand, Oregon, anc Boston, Mass. He was very mysterious regarding the reason for the trip. The source advised tnat on aopreximately November 17, 1974, JACK SCOTT and his wife, MIiCXI, stayed at the Campus Motel, 1619 University Avenue, Berkeley, Caiif., telephone nunber 841-~384b. They were there for Several days on approximately the date piven, JACK SCOTT ucilized the following motels in the Berkeley, Calif., area, They are in order of importance , 1. Perkeley House, 2. Beliaire, 3. Capri, and 4. Plaza, The cource. advised thet he was told by JACK SCOTT that the fupitives named above heve good identifications and eames of deceased persons. He wes under the impression. that the idcntifications were obvained while JACK SCOTT was in the ilew York City avea. He was unable to furnish any information particularly regarding how these identifications were obtainad. The source: advised thet JACK SCO?T and his associates utilized a telsphone relay system which is Clandestine in nature. This simply involves calling a third party to relay a message: by telephone to the person for whom the message we3 originally intended, The source advised that JACK scorr frecuently uses credit curds beionging to his father.
