¥ : The following investigation was conducted. by a 7 On 9/19/74 a 1968 beige Volkswagen coupe, VIN 118231733, bearing 1574 Ohio license plate YY1587 was recovered at Seelvville, Pa., and stored at a location in Seelyville, Pa, State Police records indicate that a Stolen report was filed in New York Citv on 9/6/74 reporting the vehicle stolen. The registered owner of this vehicle was listed as MICKI SCOTT, 317 West 90th Street, New York, -N.Y. On 9/28/74 the vehicle was released to WALT A, SCOTT after proper identification was shown. Contact was made with real estate agents of the Strout Realty Company, Hamlin, Pa., and representatives advised that based on a description furnished by FBI Agents the only farm which might fit the description would be that owned by TIMOTHY O'SULLIVAN, RD #2, Callicoon, N.Y., and O*SULLIVAN had placed a listinr with the realty company to sell the property located at Rj #3, Box 145, Lake Ariel, a Pars around 7/6/74 with the instructions that this Property : wag currently being rented and that no sales could be ° $ . $s, me ree eee. pee eee te lt” oe re re tt <) ae ye eet ay ee tg pat '
