FEDERAL BUREAU OF INVESTIGATION Date ul deangcrigien le GEORGE NIETO, 13316 Harold Avenue, Cleveland, re Ohio, telephone number 941-4766, was advised of the identities of the interviewing Agents and that the nature of the interview concerned RICHARD G. KRAVANJA, also Known as Richard Anthony Cravena. Mr. HIBTO was interviewed in the garage of his residence. Mr. NIETO advised that he and his wife, TERESA, raised RICHARD KRAVANJA. Mr. NIETO advised that the persons living at his residence are himself, his wife, TERESA, and his mother, CARLOTTA NIETO and his sister, MARIA NIETO. Mr. NIETO stated that RICHARD is very close to: & himself (NIETO) and Mr. NIBTO’s mother. He visite tneir residence on an irregular but fairly frequent basis. Mr. NIBTO stated that he could not recall the specific times or dates when RICHARD viaited Mr. NIETO's recidence over the past two months. When he was epecificelly asked whether he could recall if RICHARD visited Mr. NIETO's residence between January 3, 1975 and January 6, 1975, Mr. NIETO stated that due to the passage of time, he was unable to recall that weekend specifically and, therefore, he could not recall if RICHARD visited his residence at that time. Mr. NIETO stated that every Bunday, including January 5, i975 to his knowledge, he, his wife, and his mother attend the 11:00 AM mass at the Ascension Church. Mr. NIETO statec they are gone from their residence from approximately 10:45 AM until 12:15 PM and the only one home on Sunday |, - mornings at that time is his sister, MARIA NIETO, whe attends a Saturday afternoon mass each weexend. At this point, Mr. NIETO was furnished a "Consent to Search" form and his rights in this regard were explained to him by the interviewing Agents. Mr. NIETO stated that he understood his rights regarding the search of his home and he signed the Consent to Search form with a statement that "You can look anywhere. I have nothing to hide."
