AVANJA was advised of the identities of Special
Fs mw of the Federal Bureau of Investigation
Sime KRAVANJA was furnished an "Interro-
gation; Advice o gnts form, FD-395, which he read, stated
he understood his rights, and he si he "Watver of Pichts"
section of the form. Special Agent and (ie eee
hen signed the witness section of the nterrogetion; Advice so"
of Rights" form, KRAVANJA was advised he did not have to om: 7
answer any questions and he still retained the rights con-
tained on the above form. ,
When asked by Special Agent HMMM: © he sent letters
to Mr. RANDOLPH HEARST in California through the United States
Mails, KRAVANJA stated, "I did it.” KRAVANJA stated he pre-
pared and mailed two typed letters, one page each, in envelopes
addressed to Mr, HEARST in California, during the Christmas
holidays, 1974, and early January, 1975. KRAVANJA stated he
. used the typewriter owned by his unele, GEORGE NIETO, to type
the two letters he sent to Mr. HEARST, He stated the typewriter
was located in the basement recreation room at GEORGE NIETO's
residence, 13316 Harold Avenue, Cleveland, Ohio. KRAVANJA
advised that he told GEORGE NIETO that he needed to use the
typewriter for "something he needed for school", KRAVANJA
Stated GEORGE NIETO was totally unaware of the fact that he
used the typewriter to type letters to Mr, HEARST, KRAVANJA
stated he never took the typewriter out of his uncle's ry
residence, but rather he typed the letters to Mr. HEARST in
his uncle's basement recreation room. He stated he used
paper kept in his apartment for one of the letters.
Regarding the contents of the letters, KRAVANJA
stated he recalled in one letter he directed Mr. HEARST to
come to Cleveland, Ohio, but he could not recall if he
asked Mr. HEARST to bring money to Cleveland. He could not
