Current where- © abouts of Mack and Micki Scott remains unknown; however, with Weinertstestimony, we will have sufficient probable cause to obtain harboring warrants. Primary objective remains the location of our fugitives and obtainment of harboring warrants will be held in abeyance pending Weiner's willingness to cooperate. SFO plans on obtaining subpoena for Philip Shinnick's appearance before grand jury probably ‘in San Francisco. On 3/11/75, John L. Guth, Assistant U. S. Attorney (AUSA), Civil Division, Los Angeles, was interviewed concerning his sister Susan Guth. AUSA Guth is cooperating and has agreed ; to contact his sister privately concerning this matter. ' On 3/12/75, Susan Guth and Bill Walton were interviewed in: the presence of their attorney Charles Garry at which time Walton denied knowledge of whereabouts of fugitives, that they have been told by Jack or Micki Scott anything concern- ing these fugitives, and that they knew of any connection between Jack and Micki Scott and the fugitives. Walton stated that many people reside at his house including athletes and writers and that he is unable to pinpoint dates of arrivals and departures of these individuals. General Investigative Division monitored local broadcast rede oot 6:30 a.m., 3/13/75, that U. S.
