SCOTT IN LaS VEGAS, NEV., IN ATTEMPT TO LOCATE JACK SCOTT. JCHN J. “SCOTT TOLD WEINER HE DID NOT KNOW WHERE JACK WAS. JOKN J. SCOTT HUNG UP ON WEINER AND TOLD HIM HE WOULD CALL WEINER FROM A PAY TELEPHONE IN A HALF HOUR. HE SUBSEQUENTLY CALLED WEINER AND STATED HE, JOHN J. SCOTT, HAD BEEN SUBPOENAED TO A FGJ BUT THAT HE GAVE THE FBI AGENT A HARD TIME. JOHN J. SCOTT GAVE WEINER A PAY STATION TELEPHONE NUMBER IN LAS VEGAS AND THE CODE NAME “PETE DOYLE”. WEINER DESTROYED THIS PAY STATION TELEPHONE NUMBER AFTER THE FBI CAME TO REINTERVIEW HIM IN PHILADELPHIA AND HE DID NOT KNOW WHETHER THE CODE NAME PETE DOYLE wAS TO BE HIS NAME OR THE NAME OF THE PERSON HE WAS TO ASK FOR. “LON MARCH 1, 1975, MICKI SCOTT CALLED WEINER IN PHILADELPHIA AND TOLD WEINER THE FBI WAS "HASSLING™ HIM BECAUSE WEINER HAD VISITED WILLY BRANDT IN SOLEDAD PRISON.
