She is not familiar with automobiles and can not identify the station wagon except to recall that the rear window was rolled up and down by a handle cranked from the outside center of the rear door, it appeared to be an older car but she does not know year models and can recall notning eise which might She does not recall the license plates. This vehicie was being loaded by two in- dividuals that she believes, by the clothing they were wearin were the same two individuals - a White woman and a Negro male, that she observed on the previous evening to toad the . Avis panel truck. On this occasion, however, they were accompaniea by three additional persons. Two of these persons stayed in the front seat of the station wagon and she ob= served only their legs as she was looking down at the vehicle which had parked in her driveway. Both pair of legs were in slacks but she can not identify either of these individuals either by sex or race. The third additional person assjot) ing the station wagon was another White female. said again because of the darkness she is unable to y this individual except that she had_long brown or dark colored hair, no hat, white or light colored fants, and _& a dark colored, brown or blue, jacket, possibly a peacoat. She described her as possibly in her 30s, slender, height unknown. >. They loaded -clothing and boxes into the station wagon and with all five back in the station wagon drove off proceeding west on Golden Gate Avenue. She has not seen them since. She does not know if she had ever observed any of these individuals previous to these instances. ; examined photographs of DONALD DAVID DE FREEZE, MICHELLE SOLTYSIK, PATRICIA CAMPBELL HEARST, NANCY LING PERRY, CAMILLA CHRISTINE HALL, and said none were familiar to her. 124 :
