TET /kle . . - .He indicated he has never_observed or met any of these individuals at any time. @@MMBwas questioned whether he ever visited anyone or knew anyone who resided at 1827 Golden Gate. He replied in the negative. He was questioned whether he knew anyone residing near 1827 Golden Gate Avenue and he indicated that he did not. He was then 7 . questioned regarding Bank of America Money Order Receipt Number 057291981 in the amount of $17 dated December 14, 1973, payable to Public Finance Corporation. He indicated that he did purchase a sofa bed more than a year ago, which purchase he financed through Public Finance Corporation. He 7 said he regularly made payments to the company and he } indicated that although he did not specifically recall the | money order receipt mentioned above it likely did belong to him and the money order was used for a payment to Public Finance. He indicated again he had never visited anyone at 1827 Golden Gate Avenue and when he was advised that the. receipt was found with other papers taken from Apartment 6, '1827 Golden Gate Avenue, he said he had no idea how the receipt got to that address and he indicated that he did not place it there nor did he knowingly furnish it to anyone he felt might have placed it there. He stated he has no knowledge of current or past activities of the SLA. He said he has no knowledge of the robbery of the Hibernia Bank, Sunset Branch, 22nd and Noriega, San Francisco, April 15, 1974. He said he had no knowledge of the kidnaping of PATRICIA HEARST except what he has read in newspapers or. learned from other media. QO «naicates he came to San Francisco from New Haven, Connecticut, in approximately 1969. He said while living in New Haven he was associated with the Black Panther Party (BPP) and indicated that before becoming involved in the Zin Buddah religion he was ready to take up arms against | i white people and the establishment. He then furnished a bolt action carbine rifle, which rifle is described as a Mauser ; ~ Modello Argentino 1891 bearing Serial Number L1788.
