Aéiiiiita advised that approximately 8:30 a.m, on Monday | orning, April 29, 1974, he and his partners <7 picked up the trash on the 00 cx Of Goldet enue. Ile stated that he remembers that he personally picked up the trash on that day because on Monday he has the odd side of the street. lie stated that he was angry because the trash chute was overflowing and someone had handcarried a box tied up with a piece of string to an empty gasoline tank used for trash at the rear of 1827 Golden Gate Avenue. He stated that along with the sealed. box there were numerous - items of clothing, mostly male clothing, a lot of socks, He stated that there were three or four Wigs. There was one black, short wig, and one black, long wig. The third wig was of an Afro style. Upon viewing the photograph of PATRICIA HEARST during the Hibernia Pank robbery on April 15, 1974, he stated, "That's the long black wig.'' He also identified the wig worn by CAHILLA HALL in that same robbery as being of the type of the black short wig. | wr. QB asvisea that he did not open the sealed box to examine the contents but because of the weight of the box, he decided to set it aside and keep it for further examination. He stated that all of the other clothing and wigs were thrown into the general trash of the truck to be disposed of later at the Mountain View dump for fill. advised that he picks trash up at that address on everyday but Sunday, with the exception being satveday, April 27, 1974, when he took the day off.
