He was advise of the interviewing Agents' identities and thereafter voluntar- ily furnished the following information: ; On Saturday, April 27, 1974, he was outside of his residence on Goldén Gate Avenue washing his car between the hours of 3:00 and 6:00 PM approximately. 43 stated that during this time he saw an Avis rental van similar in style to a Ford Econoline truck, red in color, parked outside of 1827 Golden Gate Avenue. He advised, after viewing the following photographs, that the photographs of EMILY MONTAGUE HARRIS and WILLIAM TAYLOR HARRIS could possibly have been the individuals that he saw loading the van. SREP sated that these individuals appeared to be moving out of an apartment in that building.
