He advised that during the residence of the girls in the apartment he was involved in painting the apartment's back porch and that it was necessary that he pass through the apartment to gain access to the porch. In this connection, he noted that the girls had not completely unpacked and noticed books ‘pertaining to activities of wonan's lib, Venceremos, and other revolutionary material. At one time, he observed in the apartment a very well written poem concerning woman's lib, apparently written by one of the girls. He recalled that a couple with a child visited in the apartment for approximately two weeks and on one - occasion would not answer the door and that after he opened the door with a key (to gain access to the back porch) he discovered them in the apartment. They stated that they had not heard him but he was certain that this was not true. ‘He noted that the couple rarely left the apartment. He expressed the belief that they drove a Volkswagen "bug", possibly tan in color, with out of state licenses, the identity of which he could nut recall. He noted that the man had | light brown hair and a thin mustache.
