HARRIS. Stated that this vehicle was purchased by Ellis Brooks Chevrolet for $1,000.00 and there was no trade of vehicles involved. @iPstated that he would personally have handled this transaction, but tated he could not recall the individuals who sold him the automobile nor could he remember any details concerning this transaction. Photographs of WILLIAM TAYLOR HARRIS and EMILY MONTAGUE HARRIS were displayed to however, he could not identify either of these indi¥iduals as being identical with people who sold him the Chevrolet Veya. advised that BRITS prooka.Chevrolct records disclose that Bllis Brooks Chevroletiissued a check for $1,060.00 to WILLIAM T. HARRIS on January 14, 1974, and that this check was cashed on January 14, 1974, at the Bank of America, Market ~- Van Ness Office, San Francisco, California, and endorsed by WILLIAM TAYLOR HARRIS. provided & xerox copy of this check. THOM further advised that at the time of this transaction, WILLIAM TAYLOR HARRIS provided an address of 434 - 41st Street, Apartment 3, Oakland, California, and former address of 315 West First Street, Bloomington, Indiana. Q@@MP stated that in a transaction such as this all that is needed is the vehicle registration for proof of ownership and no further information concerning WILLIAM T.
