In 1960, DE FREEZE was incaracerated at the Coxsackie Correctionel Facility, formerly kmown as the New York Vocations] Institute, and it appvears that this facility is identical to the allecation made by DE TRE72Zn which sets forth his qualificetions in the decorating field.
