Result of examination: Qcl077 was not associated with material maintained in the Anonymous Letter File. Copies have been added thereto. A definite conclusion was not reached whether the questioned writing on Qcl077 was prepared by PATRICIA CAMPBELL HEARST, purported writer of K32, due to the presence of unexplained handwriting characteristics, the indistinct nature of the submitted photocopy and the lack of sufficiently comparable writing. However, handwriting differences were observed in this comparison which indicates that the questioned handwriting on Qcl077 was probably not prepared by PATRICIA CAMPBE_- HEARST. Qc1077 is retained. 129
