fox * . a : ve Foun . ns —? . - FEDECAL HUREAU OF INVESTIGATION 5/14/74 Dols of tranecstption In connection with the search of Apartment 6 at 1827 Golden Gate Avenue, San Francisco, photographs were made of the premises in the period shortly after the discovery was made that the apartment was formerly a Symbionese Liberation Army (SLA} “safe house". A check of the apartment, which is an efficiency type consisting of 4 front room, originally constructed so that a hide~a-bed could be folded into an adjoining closet, additionally consists of a bathroom and a kitchen-dining area, the latter being separated by some built-in cabinets. The apartment has one entry way which exits onto the hallway on the second floor of the building. There is a fire escape off the front window. / The front door, in addition to having two key locks, additionally had two chain locks on the inside.
