His father, CHARLES MATTHEWS, told his brother, THOMAS MATTHEWS, who was sitting at the dining room table, that a cute girl was out looking at his van. MTHOMAS': van was parked in front of the residence with a'for sale' sign in the window. THOMAS met the unknown girl at the door and went out to the van with her. .
