R. Sutter Company, Incorporated, 5439 Fountain Avenue, Los fngeles, Californie, SUTTER was re- quested to again explain the events that occurred on May 17, 1974, and to furnish any additional information he had since recalled, SUTTER agreed to relate the entire experience but emphasized that from the outset of the abduction he was scared, This, coupled with the fect he had only lived at his current residence for tvo weeks, therefore being unfamiliar with the roads and routes, caused him to provide a rather sketchy de- scription of the incident. He further sdvised that the sequence of events and estimotes of times vould vary from what was pre- viously furnished. He cleimed since overcoming the excitement of the May 17, 1074, incident, he had given the entire matter considerable thought and the Getails set forth below are be- lieved to be as specific and sceurste as he can furnish: SUTTER related he left home about 6:40 a.m., enroute to his office. He yas driving, a 1973 dark brown over gold Lincoln Continentrl Mari: iv, California license 74° GNB.
