MINNIE LEVIS, also knovm as EMMA LEE LEVIS, 1466 East 54th Street, Los Angeles, California, was interviewed i 4% cy aAllasast in the vicinicy of ner residence, and furnished the following information: On May 16, 1974, she Gevarted ner residence at approximately 6:30 p.a., with a male friend, LLOYD (LAST NANE UNKNOWN), Left at the residence was her cousin, CHRISTINE JOHNSON, who resides at the resicence with her, "and a friend of CURISTINE's, BRENDA (LAST NAME UNKNOWN). She sSescribed BRENDA as s Negro femele, approximately 18 years of age. She could provide no information regarding BRENDA's last name or place of residence, LEWIS and LLOYD went to several bers in the South Central Los Angeles area and did not return to her residence until approximately 1:30 a,m., May 17, 1974, Upon her return to her residence, LLOYD waited for LEVIS in the car, and she went into the house to change clothes. She was in the residence for approximately five to ten minutes, long enough to get a change of clothes. She advised that while in the residence the only individual she observed was her cousin, CHRISTINE JOHNSON, She assumed Ghat her children were in the residence in their bearooms. She did not at anytime observe any other male individuals. in the residence After exiting the residence, LEWIS had LLOYD drive her to her mother's resicence where she spent the night. She Gid not return to her residence until approximately 1: aS p p.m., May 17, 1974. She returned to the residence to cheek on her children who were due home from school at approximately that time, She advised when she returned to the residence, she walked into the Livingroom area and did not observe anyone in the house, She went back outside where she observed her son, VORY TICMR, age eight, playing in the front yard. She advised after checking with hin regarding the whereabouts of his brothers ang ciscgrs, che went across the street to a neighbor's house to met a drink?
