DANIELS said LEWIS did not have many visitors at her house normally, but that she, DANIELS, often went there to play cards, dominoes, and @rink beer or other aleoholic beverages. DANIELS said LEVWIS' cousin, CHRISTINE JOHNSON, had been living there too, She deseribed JOHNSON as 34 years of age, with no children of her own. DANIELS said a JEANNE and a MATTIE (LAST NAMES UNKNOHN ) , from next door, also visited LEWIS in her home at tines, DANIELS first advised she was not in the house at 1466 East 54th Street on Friday, May 17, 1974, when strangers came to the house who were later involved in a gun battle with the police, DANIELS then advised she really had been sleeping there and in . the early morning hours of May 17, 1974, she was avakened by noise from some people she had never seen before, one of whom was a Negro male, She heard him say, “Don't nobody leave this house", and then he introduced himself and several young white people.
