QRMPsavised that after standing around on the outside of his apartment for almost an hour he reentered his apartment and it was only shortly thereafter that he heard a bull horn stating something to. the effeet that the people at 1466 East 54th Street, Los Angeles, California, should come out with their hands up. stated that it was very shortly thereafter that police officers arrived at his apartment and ushered him anc his brother and sister to the beck of the pbuilding where they were told to remein in a crouched position. said that by this time the shooting between law enforce- ment officers and the people who were in the house at 1466 East 54th Street, Los Angeles, California, had already started, a Mee Gvised that -he knew the people that resided at 1466 Esst 54th Street only by face and added that he had not seen any strangers enter and/or exit 1466 East Sith Street within the past fer days. sald that when he went to school on the inorning of May 1974, he did not notice anybody at 1466 Bast 54th Street, Los ahweles.
